Advancing BCL2-targeted medicines for paediatric cancers

This BCL2 Impact Forum will explore the opportunities and challenges involved in developing BCL2-targeted medicines for paediatric cancers. It will bring together academic experts and regulators to discuss how these therapies can be advanced efficiently and where they may offer the greatest benefit.

The forum will focus on actionable development strategies, including combination approaches, the evidence needed to support earlier use in treatment, and how multiple BCL-2 inhibitors might be assessed within an international development framework.
