LOGBOOK

Logbook is an ACCELERATE initiative focused on monitoring and learning from the late effects of innovative medicines in childhood cancer survivors. The project brings together international clinical, epidemiological, and data experts to develop a structured, collaborative approach to long‑term follow‑up data, with the aim of improving understanding of outcomes after exposure to novel anticancer treatments in paediatric populations. Logbook activities include expert brainstorming meetings, coordinated data work, and preparation for pilot phases that will support evidence generation on survivorship and late effects.
The project is sponsored by Barncancerfonden (the Swedish Childhood Cancer Fund). The grant supports ACCELERATE’s role as administering organisation and underpins the preparatory and coordination phases of Logbook, enabling sustained collaboration across Europe and beyond.
